Through our employment services, we aim to provide the people of the Nilgiris with the skills, resources, and opportunities they need to secure stable, fulfilling jobs that offer long-term growth.
Our employment programs will focus on two main areas: vocational training and job placement . We will offer a wide range of vocational training courses, covering skills that are in demand both locally and regionally. From traditional trades such as carpentry, plumbing, and tailoring to modern skills like IT, digital marketing, and entrepreneurship, we prepare participants to succeed in today’s competitive job market.For those who complete our training programs, we also offer job placement services. We will work closely with local businesses, government agencies, and NGOs to connect job seekers with potential employers.
Whether it’s finding work in agriculture, retail, or manufacturing, our goal is to help individuals secure stable employment that enables them to provide for themselves and their families. In addition to skills training, we will provide workshops on soft skills such as communication, time management, and teamwork — all essential qualities for long-term employment success.
