KSC has completed 79 virtual meetings on different topics related to agriculture covering soIl conservation, Hitech Farming, Organic cultivation, Weed Management, Precision Farming, Organic Tea Cultivation, Speciality Tea, Drip Irrigation, Organic Pest Management, Agri Business, Bio Fertilizers, Animal Husbandry, Soil Health Management, Scientific Organic Farming, Wheat Cultivation, Scope for Medical Plants, Apple Cultivation, Dehydration of Fruits and Vegetables, Understanding Tea Auction, Horticulture Technologies, Tea Tasting and Blending, Branding, Digital Marketing, Floriculture, Potato Cultivation, Nametodes, Strawberry Cultivation, Electrochemical Activation Technology in Organic Agriculture, Sustainable Agriculture, Biochar in Agriculture, Aquaponics and Water Security for Climate Resilient Agriculture in Nilgiris are some of the major topics covered.

KSC has strived to promote Hand made Teas by conducting Speciality Tea Tasting Session at Ooty, Bengaluru and Coimbatore generating a business over 5 Lakhs.

• Organised farmers meeting with tea machine manufacturers to understand technology..
• Introduced induction based heat technology  dryers for speciality teas.
• Conducted Agri conference on Agroforestry, Latest technology in Organic cultivation and Technology for inhouse cultivation.
• Promoted Agroforestry by planting 500 tree sapling of Melia, Chukrasia, Mahogany, Toona, Koelreutria, Sandalwood, Agar  and Populus as trial in tea field.
• Helped farmers in trading strawberry and exotic vegetables directly with companies.

KSC, with intent to economically uplift the farming community planted 13000 fruit sampling of apple, peach, pear, plum, persimmon, orange, mulberry, apricot and blueberry brought from Kashmir.

NILGIRIS is a bio-diversity and most sensitive ecosystem region. We have planned to bring more fruit plants and expand the numbers throughout The Nilgiris in coming months. This project will be taken to each and every village.

KSC works with small growers with collective ideas from them and give them a sustainable development in their economic status.
